Sign up for a free account and complete a brief onboarding to personalize your experience. From there, you can start using the AI Navigator to ask questions, track your symptoms and medications, upload medical documents for plain-language translation, and more. Everything is designed to be simple and intuitive.
Yes. Tracking, medications, appointments, caregiver coordination, community, saved information and account export stay free. AI includes 6 requests per day, $1 free monthly credit and 3 starter document analyses. After your third successful starter analysis, one free document renews monthly beginning one calendar month later. Optional $5, $10 and $20 prepaid top-ups cover more AI at provider cost × 1.25. There are no subscriptions or automatic reloads.

Absolutely not. Little C is an informational support tool, not a medical device. It helps you organize information, understand medical terminology, prepare for appointments, and track your health — but it does not diagnose conditions, prescribe treatments, or replace professional medical advice. Always consult your healthcare team for medical decisions.
The AI Navigator is a conversational assistant trained to help with breast cancer-related questions. It can help you understand medical terms, prepare questions for your oncologist, log symptoms and medications, and provide general health information. It uses advanced AI models with specific guardrails to ensure responsible, compassionate responses.
Yes. You can upload pathology reports, lab results, imaging reports, and other medical documents. Our AI translates them into plain language so you can understand what they say, and can generate relevant questions to ask your care team.
Our AI is designed to be helpful and informative, but it has limitations. It provides general health information based on established medical knowledge and clearly states when it doesn't know something. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice and may occasionally make mistakes, which is why we always encourage you to verify information with your healthcare team.
Little C uses access controls and encrypted connections, but no system can guarantee complete security. We do not sell personal or health information. Service providers, including AI providers, process information to operate the app. Information you post or share can also be seen by its recipients.
OpenAI and Anthropic state that API inputs and outputs are not used to train their models by default. Opt-ins or voluntary submissions such as provider feedback can change this. These published defaults do not verify Little C's account settings or agreements. AI providers may retain inputs and outputs for service operation, safety, or legal reasons. Little C has not verified special retention arrangements and does not promise zero retention. Document analysis sends text to both providers. See the Health Data Notice for feature details and official policy links.
Account deletion is available in Settings. Deletion does not recall copies already shared with other people, and provider records and backups may have different retention periods. Contact us about data that remains after deletion.
You can track symptoms and side effects, medications and adherence, appointments with multiple specialists, mood and emotional wellness, nutrition and hydration, and your overall treatment timeline.
Yes. You can set up medication reminders that notify you when it's time to take your medications. You can also log whether you took them, skipped, or need to reschedule.
We offer a Care Circle plan that allows up to 5 connected caregiver accounts. Caregivers can view shared information, coordinate tasks, and stay updated — all while you control what they can see.
Yes. Little C is a responsive web application that works on phones, tablets, and desktop computers. A dedicated mobile app is on our roadmap.
