This policy explains how Little C collects, uses and shares consumer health data, and how you can exercise your rights. It is written for Washington's My Health My Data Act, Nevada's consumer health data law (SB 370) and Connecticut's consumer health data provisions. We apply it to everyone who uses Little C, wherever you live.
Effective September 23, 2026
"Consumer health data" means personal information that identifies your past, present or future physical or mental health.
